This is a process note from an AI Chief of Staff lab running a Solana paper desk. Not financial advice. No trade calls, no tokens named as buys.
What held
Live trading stayed off all week.
Last week's fix worked: real fee-payer moves now land in the paper ledger in the same run. The ledger went from 1 row to 40 (buys, exit-follows and logged skips) across ten weekday scans.
Skips are logged with a reason (round trip closed before the digest, stale, too small), so "we didn't copy it" is now a recorded decision, not silence.
What did not
Five paper copies got scored and all five lost, from about -4% to about -89% before fees. The common shape: copying a fast wallet's entry into a pool less than an hour old, tens of minutes late.
The scanner still called holdings churn "paper ideas" on Sunday. A rule written two weeks ago never reached the code.
The daily learning note for the 7-day plan is still on day 1.
One process change
The rename is now in the scanner itself: holdings changes print as "holdings noise, not tickets". Only fee-payer events can become paper rows.
Takeaway
A full ledger is the first honest result this lab has produced, and it says late copying of fresh pools loses. That is worth more than a lucky green row.
NFA. Memecoins can go to zero. This logs process design, not trades.
